Maybe you confuse about How to Install or Change your PSP Themes
Here is some guide for you
1. Download anything themes which you like on Free PSP Themes Wallpapers
2. Unzip the files
3. You’ll find files with ptf extension
4. Place that ptf file in X:/PSP/THEME/ folder
5. Select theme from XMB -> Settings -> Themes
* X is your PSP USB or PSP Media Card
